Thank you for visiting the Cultivating Resources and Opportunities Community Foundation (CROCF) Website! We are committed to advancing access to education by providing scholarships. The goal of our scholarship expands beyond simply sending a student to college. Quality of life for all is largely impacted by research, resources, and the development of leaders. The Crystal Creech Shepherd Scholarship Fund supports future medical professionals, lawyers, financial experts, teachers, government officials, and nonprofit leaders, and more. CROCF promotes the importance of education and the significance of community partnerships. Together, we can decrease student loan debt.
